s3に圧縮ファイルがアップされた際に、解凍して要素をCloudWatchLogsに出力するLambda Function（python版）

Lambdaのお勉強がてらに。
s3バケットにアップロードされたgzファイルを展開して、CloudWatchLogsに出力する。
